I will be very grateful if someone was to tell me the name of a novel that i red long ago, but forgot the name. All i can say to help the search are some parts of the story that i remember.

First i will describe the front page illustration: the MC sitting on a throne/chair with arrogance/confidence while around him are treasures?

Now the story: I belive he reincarnated in a province that is near a frontline with a forest? Filled with beasts.... Some kind of kingdom decided to send a platoon? With the objective - some treasure in the deaper part of the forest, but the poeple got annihilated. The results - i belive that the ancestor of the MC had to take responsibilitym.
The other memory about the novel is about the MC's master: A famous mage in the campaign period that died during it and became a lich so that he could pass on his knowledge to a disciple. From that point on the MC purifies his teacher and then helps his family and so on.
The last memory was how he made chechpoints with teleportation?runes? untill he reached the ocean.
