I think it is quite possible he already knows the black heaven technique.
Didn't we see goomoonryong made a video with that phone in which he explained the technique? If anything, we can say that Shioon is very adept at learning martial arts, considering how fast he picked up the techniques he was taught. (though I suspect half the reason for that is the ki pill he took in the first half.)
He just refuses to use it because that was the very reason goomoonryong was hunted by the murim alliance.

Too bad it's heading in that direction. 🙁 Shiho died. Goomoonryong(?) wants revenge against the world. So, Shiwoon will beat him up to get him to wake up. The End, lol.

Good thing this is a seinan manhwa, so there will some tweaking, but I doubt it will stray from this cookie-cutter plotline. Now if there was only a bad-ass character to follow. Oh wait, that's right. We see that guy in the very last chapter (35) for one measly page.

glad the series is back. feels good to see nine arts dragon again, i dont really understand what he's doing these days though. and im glad shioon finally has a drive to fight again, now we can see him evolve and be a kick @ss fighter again. looking forward the the progression

Well so much for the hopes of him Hulking out and going on a rampage. He just turned into a male Snow White minus the dwarves to keep me entertained. I'm soooo close to just putting this series off until things actually pick up. -_-

When i saw the way he was rescued, I literally stood up and slam my table and said " ARE YOU FUCKING KIDDING ME!!!!", Im reaching a breaking point with this series, He needs to get back his powers so he can move on to the whole plot with his master. I dont know, I might just drop this for awhile until it hits the chapter where he officially gets back his powers, cause i cant take these maybe next week, maybe next week, maybe next week feelings.I dont know maybe this only annoying cause i dont get to read it in one go like i did the first series yrs ago. Please dont ruin one of my favorite series.

Personally i dont think mangas even end anymore. They just get axed.

yea I'm really getting worried now, things just went from boring to WTF in two chapters. This is probably in my top 10 best series ever (original included) but now its dangerously close to being dropped completely.

I just can't believe that after all this time, Shiwoo-nim is finally shown in the new-waves.
