I don't see Luffy and Ace biologically related anymore, just Garp and Dragon going along with Roger's wishes. But given this new information, just who is going to show up now to take on the marines? It might be a possibility that Roger's crew (i.e. Shanks, Rayleigh and maybe even others) will show up, though it's probably be too late for them to save Ace. And would Dragon even show up now, since Ace isn't his son? This is sure one hell of a twist that Oda pulled on us.

Even though he isn't his biological father Ace was raised as a brother to Luffy so Dragon will come to help him out.
I'm starting to think that Ace's mom might have some relation to Garp and that is why she went to him for help even though hes a marine.
