at first i was fine with it being a movie, but an anime? they went too far. i don't think they should take advantage of the fame of this movie/book, because eventually, it'll be overused and people will get tired of it.
that's just sad, now there's going to be an anime.

I agree. The novels were good, but the movie, in a way, killed it for me.

What I don't get about Smeyer is that she claims she only wrote her stories for her own personal enjoyment and then only wanted for the rest of the world to read her work and enjoy them like she did, but are all these new projects such as a manga,anime,toys and blah blah really her way of her telling her story? I mean, we have a book series AND a movie series, it should have just stopped there, she is clearly going crazy with the amount of money she's receiving, she claims to not want fame either I read somewhere, well, then stop giving the greenlight everytime a marketer comes to talk to you!!
