im kinda being an ass again (sorry) but im askin for anime again. actually, both anime and manga
im lookin for any good light novel adaptation. all that ive seen so far have been pretty good. so the only real requirement is that the original story was taken from a light novel. ill go thru a list of stuff ive seen.
There is...Zero no Tsukaima (novel's better), Shakugan no Shana, Suzumiya Haruhi, Spice and Wolf, Hanbun no Tsuki ga Noboru Sora, Welcome to the NHK!, Toradora!, Fullmetal Panic!, and Tokikake (apparently a sequel)
there are others that ive heard good things about, but im still undecided, like kino's journey, allison and lillia, and Boogiepop.
So, know any good light novel adaptations?

Just FYI, Myself ; Yourself is an H-Game adaptation that had one little light-novel thing as an extra introductory material.
I'm just going to list everything I can think of that's an adaptation. If I think it's especially good I'll indicate so. I don't really know many light novels that are more Shoujo oriented (except for Ghost Hunt), although I'm sure there are a few adaptations.
Currently airing stuff:
Wagaya no Oinari-sama (this isn't all the great IMO, but it's mildly entertaining.)
Others:
Baccano!. Watch it, it's extremely good.
Ghost Hunt. Also very good.
Goshuushou-sama Ninomiya-kun (eh...)
Shinigami no Ballad
Kanokon (I'd advise you to stay far away)
Kaze no Stigma
Kure-nai (Watch it. Now.)
Maburaho
Perfect Blue (might just be from a regular novel, still that sort of adaptation. Quite good.)
Rental Magica
Shigofumi (very good.)
As far as manga goes, check out Watashitachi no Tamura-kun (by the author of Toradora. It's a bit more serious though), and Negative Happy Chainsaw Edge (by the author of Welcome to the NHK!, this one's very good). I know there's more, but as far as manga goes those are my top choices.

NightSwan also said that she wanted to peg me, once, but I'm not sure whether to take that as a compliment or a threat...

Try Maria-sama ga Miteru, or Maria Watches Over Us.
This light novel series, which is at 30+ volumes and ongoing, has both manga and anime adaptations. The manga version is complete at 8 volumes, whereas 3 seasons of the anime are out, with a 4th season upcoming.
Marimite is basically a tale of friendships at a Catholic, all-girls high school. I find it pretty sweet and heartwarming. Definitely worth a read/watch. 🙂

Boogiepop Phantom is my all time favourite anime. But it's an anime that requires a good amount of concentration while you're watching it, so just be aware. If you don't have a problem with that, you should really watch it (there is also a live action prequel but you should check it only if you're an hardcore fan like me).
What I like in Trivial Pursuit style. Pick your category:

I personally love the highly underrated anime Toshokan Sensou, which is based on a light novel.
