They get by..
My father (whom I don't live with) doesn't know how to use a computer at all. It took me a good 15 minutes to explain to him about emails. My mother knows how to surf the web, and emails. My sister is on par with me, but I'm better. 😀
My brother and sister are above average..they know how to fix this and that.
I'm average, can solve a few thing or two, but not all.
My parents..don't ask.

...I barely know about computers, but I know way more than them.
My sister...is alright I guess, she doesn't know anything technical but she can get by without breaking it.
My parents don't know dipshit.

My Dad taught me how to build computers, so I'd say he knows ALOT more than me.
My Mom on the other hand still doesn't know a monitor from a mouse.
(<===and not a dancing mouse.) 😲
So... where does my vote go?

@Caliber: That's easy. Just rank your mother as "poor" (4), yourself as either gets by (3) or good (2), your father as good (2) or genius (1), average it out and round the number. Probably get's by or good.
@drunkguy.
Yea, I think I'll go with 2.

We're average.
But I think my brother knows some cool stuff.

My brother has been using computers since he was a baby. It's kind of frightening...
My sister and I are the same. Just average. We can use the computer, but don't know how to fix them or anything like that.
My mom can barely use one. My sister and I have to show her how to do everything.
My dad builds computers, so I'm guessing he's fairly literate with them.

My mother works in AutoCad freely but strangely enough nothing else besides that. Well, exept spider patience and her folder.
My father is already too far away from the period of grasping new information so all our attempts to teach him ended badly.

My dad's an IT director so his job is to know the latest technology and how to use it so I've grown up with the very latests computers. Every one in my family had a laptop plus we have a family desktop as well for printing work and stuff so we're all pretty computer literate.My dad can pretty much do anything he needs to. Me, my brother and my sister are competent but not good enough to take them apart. My mum can navigate the internet alright and play her games but isn't as knowledgeable as us 3. My nephew likes to press buttons and tries to type but he's only 3 so isn't very good.

Well, my mom finally learned how to use a mouse, so that's about it. My sister and her husband can do some normal computer things: installing, uninstalling loading antivirus and anti malware stuffs. My cousin can build computers but he's very haphazard when it comes to surfing the net. My uncle is a normal user. He can find his way around a computer fairly well. So long as there's nothing to do with scripting or coding or programming I'm, well, I'm good enough that I could probably make a living off of it if I had to.
