ok....that's a more....stranger way to explain it.....

People are attracted to other people. I personally like people who are like me in most part, but have some specific functions that are opposite of me.

I like someone clean, smart, not lazy, not a nerd, polite etc. And I also like them to have something that is opposite of me: things like say......do wild stuff, read a different genre of books, and etc.

Still, this sort of passion might holp people for some time, but if they don't compromise and won't agree on things it won't last...

I have a good friend that's the opposite from me, we are good friends, but nothing too deep...
She has her interests and I have mine. It's hard to be together with a person that likes everything else, and nothing that I like... Still, we remain friends.

My other good friend is (like all people) different from me too, but we have a lot of things in common. So we have things we like to talk about, share similar views, and whats not.

But with love, I'd say it's harder~

''Opposite attract'' could be something like an instinct with the purpose of mixing different traits and that way finding good combinations by chance. After all if only same or similar traits were to be combined, the outcome can't be expected to be anything majorly different and thus the human evolution gets slowed or stagnates.

I'm very attracted to people opposite from me.

I'm pretty sure I don't even like myself, so that may be why. I'm not a normal person and I am kind of a little eccentric, so if I knew more than one other person like me, I think I'd hate them.
