You can find a link in the Ajin subreddit. As far as i have been able to tell, that's the place where translations get released the quickest.

Then, there is no obstacle to do not add to releases section.

I see Imgur gallery links on the Ajin subreddit. Those do not qualify to be listed on MangaUpdates. And at a quick glance, it appears those are rips of the officially published releases

Why English publishers are prohibited?

I didn't say English publishers are prohibited. Rips of officially published releases are prohibited, i.e., releases that are originated from English publishers but weren't released by the English publisher via that method
