I need help finding a yaoi please, I remember the storyline and what the characters looked like but i cant remember the title or cover picture.

The story starts off with the two meeting and the seme saying how the uke will do certain things like hurt his finger aswell as say and do certain things. Finding out that the seme has the ability to see the future only involving the uke ever since he was kid and that having those visions of the uke helped him get through life causing him to fall in love. Later on in the story the uke begins to see visions of the seme dying and him growing old alone. Eventually the seme does die and then a cat comes to the uke and begins speaking to him saying that his final wish in his dying moment is to save the seme. Near the end of the yaoi the uke erases himself from the seme's memory but they end up falling inlove all over again.
