Well, there isn't much to say about this 🤣

In my case, I usually don't do anything, if it got akward, well, it dies by itself. Sometimes I try to change the topic if I'm not interested, usually by joking about something.

This week's favorites:

I just don't do anything. The situation is already awkward, and I'm afraid of making it worse

Change the topic, continue with the conversation or make a joke out of the situation

No one gives a shit what trite garbage you write here.

Do nothing, it's the only way for lazy people like me.

Most of the time, I don't do anything. I just sit there, stand or just continue to walk in silence.

Sometimes I do try to change the topic or joke around. It's rarely done though. Much easier to just do nothing 🤣

I give the other person about 10-15 seconds before I just start saying random shit to break the silence.

I usually change the topic if it's just me and one other person, but if I'm in a group, I sit back and let someone else do it.

I usually either don't say anything or say soooooooo...

Doesn't usually happen to me, but if it does...then I say "Sooooo" or change topic.

Depends who I'm with. If I'm with my best friends, I do nothing. The first one, I'm good enough friends with that we can just say nothing for long periods of time. My other one can't stop talking, so I can just rely on him to break the silence.

With other friends, I make a random comment or ask a question about them and get the conversation going.

I moslty have a tendency to point out the awkward silence.
saying something like "Sweet, awkward silence, haven't done that in ages"
Or in case I wasn't the cause for the awkward silence, I will keep talking about the topic that caused the awkward silence, just to mess with em.

And the other person is usually too lazy to think
