It might be 18+, ecchi, nudity, blah blah, I don't care, but please no shojou or josei, just because I'm a guy and dislike those type of genre, they don't match my taste, no offense.

PS: There's a game called Sengoku Rance 7, which is mostly hentai but the guy really enjoy his girls, and I like that too. When it came to manga, I really don't know one.

PS2: I'd prefer something like supernatural or unrealistic genre. Something like slice of life doesn't match my taste much. I kinda find those are boring. Hare-Kon does have something like I describe, but it's kinda boring 🤨 🤨 🙄
I've also read some manhwa stuff (Sweet Guy, Brawling Go...), they're not bad 😀

PS3: Well, I've read some harem like Nisekoi or TWGOK. Even though they've good story, they ended up not a harem, so sad 🙁 Something like Gamble fish is good too, because it's fun to read and ended up as a real harem 😀 😀

Hm, that's a tough one usually the harem male lead is a androgenous little wimp that cant even look at girls but with a with a heart of gold attached for plot convinience, but lets see - Aiki, hm maybe that one Hoozuki-san Chi no Aneki or Oretama .

You have the spirit, praise Arata from Trinity Seven, you will definitely like that one, best male harem character ever.

Off the top of my head, the closest one I can think of isTrinity Seven - 7-Nin no Masho Tsukai. This should fit most of what you're looking for, although since the series isn't complete there's no telling what direction it will go in the future.

I'm sure you could find any number of hentai series/one-shots that would fit the bill as well.

And I'm not sure if "enjoy" is exactly right but most of the male leads in the Tenchi Muyo series isn't really against all the attention from the female cast. It is an original anime though... but there is manga as well. Tenchi Muyou! Ryououki and related series... (but if you get to choose, stick with the anime 😁 )

Mahou no Iroha! is most likely the one you are referring to... But I don't think there is a harem end in that one.
