No shoujo/josei as I don't like the art and the drama tends to drag on for too long.
It would be a plus if it has multiple protagonists/POV and if it has comedy and ecchi. Also I would like the drama to be kept to a minimum.

Here are a few examples that I've read and really like:
Hatsukoi Gentei - Lots of couples and multiple protagonists too bad it was short
Musunde Hiraite - Lots of intertwining short stories
Tsurezure Children - Again a lot of couples and also very funny
Iris Zero - Not much development atm but I like the mystery
Kangoku Gakuen - Not really romance but it's hilarious
Need a Girl - The only manhwa here but I really like it and it's also very funny

I'm looking for something similar to these, if you guys have any suggestion I would really appreciate it.

Girls of the Wild's I think probably meets that........dunno about the "drama to be kept to a minimum" part, not only is that in the eye of the beholder, but you're also asking for romances with multiple pairings no less, I'd think "drama" would be a pretty good bet in most scenarios 😀
