Hey XD I'm looking for a yaoi manga/anime were there's a fat uke/seme to begin with but he loses weight
Note: They already knew each other to begin with
Bonus: They were dating when he was bigger and he comes back and hes skinny

Well I have never actually read a manga or seen an anime that depicts your particular desire, but I have read a novel which is exactly what you seek for. I don't know if you like novels, but if you do I suggest you read it because it's absolutely enticing.

Could it be Sweet Bitter Candy? They knew each other in school and they meet again at a class reunion.
There's also Koi no Enchousen, but this one is a one-shot about a student and his teacher.
