Goat's pretty yummy and I really only like Lamb when its spinning on a spit

I chose "other" just because it depends on my mood... though I do prefer red meat. 😛

I like beef, lamb, goat, duck, and chicken. Turkey only for Thanksgiving (and use the left over bones for rice porridge! YUM!! I think it might even taste better than chicken porridge). Pork... hmm... I guess I like it in mabo tofu and Vietnamese skewer BBQ style... and in ramen. 😀 For some reason, I don't like rabbit that much... I mean, I'll eat it... but there's not much meat... I've tried deer before too, but it's not so flavorful like beef...

As for seafood, gimme scallops, lobster and sashimi please (like white tuna... *droool).
As for "insides," I think heart, tongue and intestines are good. Not a fan of liver though (unless it's pate).

I've never had horse meat before nor bison (I've heard good things about bison)... or buffalo... What I really want to try is bone marrow. And other delicacies as well...

Man, this thread is making me hungry... T.T Basically, I'm a carnivore.
