I have a tendency to hoard tabs, but my computer can't handle more than about 20 at a time, so I end up having to close them...

Usually I only have 1-3 tabs.

Now 14. Sometimes more, but I only keep many tabs when they are important and I procrastinate using them. I tend to hate having too many open.

I try to keep tabs low at first, I'll start a new session every month to few months because I end up with over 500 tabs and it makes firefox use upwards of 1.5M K
Really I don't even know why I think I need to keep the tabs because in the long run I hardly visit most of them again...

I usually bookmark everything so I have a bunch of bookmarks that causes me to lag and I hardly organize them. I don't like to reopen my browser and have to reload every tab (serious lag) since I'll have to wait so I think bookmarking is a better alternative.

If I window shop online, I can go over 50 but I don't like having too many since it just lags me

Two windows. One for work and the other for non work related stuff.

As less as possible. Usually I try not to exceed one window and 10 tabs. Even if I do open dozens of tabs, I tend to close them all out of frustration. It gets too messy for me to follow.

I am surprised how many people have as many as 50 tabs open. I have never tried checking the limits of my browser. I use chrome. Other browsers feel too slow.

I think I have over a hundred tabs open in Firefox. I rarely check most of them, but they're a reminder for me to sort some of them out.

I think I'll try to remove some of them one of these days.

Firefox. Normally I go around 2 to 6 tabs. Sometimes 8 but not usually. Right now I have 2 open but a few minutes ago I had open 4.
