Since Sweet Lunacy is the scanlation group, I guess the picture is from one of the projects they are scanlating.
I'm too lazy to look through their projects myself.

In the link, it says koi wa keiyaku no atode. Is that the one?

It looks like KUNIEDA Saika's drawing. But I could be wrong.

Proportionally and detail-wise I'd be supremely surprised if it was done by Kunieda.
It looks like it could be Doushitemo Furetakunai. But I don't know if that Doushitemo was even created yet when that manga was being scanlated.
If push comes to shove, you could just email the group and ask. I'm sure they get questions like that all the time.

Sweet Lunacy (the group) hasn't been active since 2007, so I don't think they'd reply if I sent an email. ^^;
I'll check to see if it's Doushitemo Furetakunai though. :] Thanks!
