Ok, my biggest WTF moment.

This happend about a few weeks ago, almost a month.

I had just gotten the new PC I am on, and its like midnight, or something.

I'm walking through the hallway to the bathroom, which is actually just across the hall from my door.

I run into my Dad (Hes actually my grandfather, but my grandparents raised me, so I always called them Mom and Dad), whos coming back grom the bathroom, and I randomly say to him "Hey Dad, come check out the random porn on the internet", and I laughed.

Then, in his own tired groggy voice, he randomly spouts "I saw a donkey show in Chicago in the 60's", and he walks back to his room and goes back to bed.

I stood there for at least five minutes taking this in, and laughing.

I calmed down, and was like "Wait, WTF, did he just actually say that?". So, by now he's back to sleep, right as I bust into his room, flip the light on and say "SERIOUSLY?!?!".

He grabbed the nearest object and threw it at me, so I left him go to sleep. We had an interesting chat the next day, though. 😀

A DONKEY SHOW? IS THAT SOME SORT OF FURRY 😕 well anyway... the 60's were pretty screwed up heh?

Yeah, theres a ton of crap from the sixties that he won't even talk to me about.

I think....I think he did some crazy stuff, or something, and just doesn't wanna remember it.

Thats the only logical conclusion.

Had quite a laugh, thanks all 😀

I was about fifteen then.
I was sleeping, but some noises woke me up. I opened my eyes and saw a big lamp over me and some guy in a white coat, who just finished to tie my legs to the bed with a wide belt.
WTF 😕
First thing I though was that someone had kindnapped me and he's gonna cut out and sell my kidneys on a black market like in all those urban legends. After that I thought that maybe he's gonna simply kill me and sell all of my organs 🤢 Before I did anything (like trying to escape), someone put a mask on my face and asked me to breathe deep. Five breaths and I was sleeping again.

Imagine how surprised I was, waking up the next day and having both kidneys 🤣
Well...
It was a hospital and I had and operation, I just didn't know that...the day before, noone mentioned anything about any operation so I went to sleep. When the decision about cutting me open was made, my parents asked to not to wake me up, give me anesthetic and proceed with everything. But the anesthetic was apparentely a bit too weak for me and I woke up just before the operation started.
I seriously thought I'm gonna kill someone >:-(

Don't know if this is what you would call a WTF moment
but this morning i was just minding my own business at home. doing my project(as usual...for the past week i've been getting only 3-4 hrs of sleep a day)
Anyway...my highschool buddies called me all of a sudden for a gathering(reunion maybe? he sounded like he was in a hurry)

when i got to the meeting place i found myself an audience then a participant in gang fist fight. 😲 i was WTF!? i thought we were having a reunion?

Can WTF be a bad moment as well?

Found out the girl I loved was dating my best friend :/ He knew how I felt but he didn't care at all. Guess "bros before hoes" doesn't exist =o

A big WTF moment in my life would have to be when I was sitting next to my grandmother (she was sleeping) and she suddenly jumped up yelling "The Indians are coming the Indians are coming!" I was like WTF o.O……

Yeah, my dad used to have "Vietnam Flashbacks" whenever a helicopter or a plane would go over the house. It was a little terrifying sometimes, but ither times it was quite comical. He would get this look on his face like he was thinking about something real far away, then he would close all the windows and draw the shades and clean his guns. Sometimes he would yell at me like I was a soldier and make me clean the house and get dressed up in Sunday clothes. Also he would show me how to shine boots and make me do push-ups and yell about communist and Viet-Cong. Then after a few hours we would go make a sandwich and watch TV like nothing ever happened.

When I got older I would yell back at him like a dril sergeant (from Full Metal Jacket) and we would salute each other and go jogging.

Crazy people are funny. This should count as a WTF childhood rather than a WTF moment.

oh, speaking about fathers, i think i can guess my father's biggest WTF?!?!?! moments.
the first one was probably when my 16 year old mother told him "uh.. dude, i think i might be pregnant..."
the second oe was probably "....so im sending our doughter with my mother to israel, you dont mind do you, she seems to like the idea of going on a little trip."

haa.
