They did its called Bokusatsu Tenshi Dokuro-chan Second and set up just like the first, each episode is two sub episodes.

Can't get weirder then Zushio in My Name is Zushio

I would have to say that Jungle wa Itsumo Hare Nochi Guu is the weirdest anime/manga.

At one point, Guu accidentally chops her arm into ribbons. Then she eats it and her arm regenerates. Guu says, "It regrew in three seconds. smirk"

Nazo no Kanojo X

Not as weird as some of the stuff here but it's still kind of strange.

Synopsis:

**Was originally a one-shot in Afternoon in 2004 before it became a series in 2006.

One day, a strange transfer student appears before Tsubaki. Urabe Mikoto is an antisocial girl, whose hobby is just sleeping during class-breaks. One day, Tsubaki goes to wake her up and accidentally tastes her drool... And gets hooked on that!

After that, he starts going out with her and gets to know her better. Her second hobby, as it turns out, is carrying around scissors in her panties and cutting paper into flowers...**

Yah, it's pretty much about drool and romance.
