Can I get help finding this one manga about a girl who is 100% selfless? I read it a few years ago, but forgot about it cause it wasn't scanlating. It seems not like much, but I think the plot was that this guy met this girl (alien?) who would help literally anybody in need, and would've fallen victim to many nefarious deeds if the boy wouldn't save her from it. Like she would probably would've jumped into a random guy's car if he said he needed help.
