Well I would say devote more time to line-work especially on the arms and legs.
Also in reference to the first drawing, I wouldnt recommend doing hair over the shoulders since it looks like the person has no arm. Your second drawing is certainly the better.

Compare it to the average high schooler's.
The average high schooler doesn't spend time drawing and therefore isn't amazing. You are therefore above average. However, a high schooler with artistic experience could leave you in the dust. But, like I said before, for a beginner you show real potential.

I like them. They show that you sort of already know quite a bit, and they have style. If you can, I would do a summer class at a local Community College (they sometimes offer courses for a younger crowd). Even if the teacher isn't great you can still learn a bit about line & shadows, if it's more advanced - color and the figure... You may just end up drawing junk on a table & fabric, though 🤣

I'll give you three advices: practice, practice and practice. Yes, you seem to have your own style, but it won't be anything other than doodles if you won't practice and put some work into it. Then you can really progress and no one will be able to say that your drawings are crap.

I just want to say something from an artist point of view don't mistaken me for an Illustrator. I currently don't have the time to draw I because I'm studying music, so it is quite hard for me to keep up my time with art. Here are some of my work http://vatousuke.deviantart.com/
here's what I want to say to you, You are not that good and You are not Bad. But you will if you keep drawing and be patient and learn as much as you can, you will find your style. Look at some artbooks not just the ones you like but rather artist who has high popularity. What I mean by that is for example Square-Enix (i Miss soft) Capcom, Konami etc.
Study as much as you can, influence yourself look at others work don't copy everything from anothers' are but take it and make it yours, work on your anatomy and structure of the body you can even have 2 or more style depending on the atmosphere. For you your are more shonen/shoujo are kinda type, but for me I give myself the seinen view. But an artist can change time to time it depends on the person.

You aren't horrible. You're off to a good start. Though I suggest not using crayons to color.
