Title basically says it all. I am looking for a romance manga or anime where the main "female "character....basically the main dudez love interest is either "blind" or "mute"(unable to speak). She could be unable to speak due to trauma or from birth etc. The main focus should be romance. Any genres are acceptable except for tragedy, yaoi, shounen ai.

Aoi Kiseki! She wasn't born mute, but becomes that way due to an injury. Whether it's eventually cured or not is something I'll leave up to you to discover. 🙂

Blind Point Lake - In this case, it's a blind godess.
Sad Love Story - Even though the genre includes tragedy- I still think you should try this one.
Also, maybe Full Moon wo Sagashite - The protagonist isn't mute per say, but she does have problems with talking and (her dream for the future), singing.

Shion no Ou From whats scanlated so far it isn't a romance manga. However, I think theres a possibility it could develop some romance in it. Regardless, its a good read and the female main character is mute due to trauma.
