King Bradley is HAWT. I privately (okay, now publicly) think that he's the hottest and sexiest man in FMA. Just. Just LOOK at him fight! How fast and expressionlessly ruthless he is! And he's the FUHRER, I mean, come on. Weirdly enough, his GAR factor goes up because he's so composed and cool when he's kicking a$$, just as composed and cool as when he's, idk, sipping tea with his lovely wife. His facade of nice-old-man just makes the hardcore even sexier when he lets it out. And the fact that's he's a tactical genius as well as a kickass fighter only makes him GARier. Oh, Bradley. I'd live in YOUR empire. <3
But a girl can't have a GAR crush on a guy, right? Damn. Well, I had a GAR crush on General Olivier from FMA. She's just. gulps Yeah.
And Integra Hellsing! Holy GOD I'd have her babies if I could.

lol i laugh at peoples definition of GAR. Might as well give mine.
GAR Is all about respect towards a guy. You could hate his guts, but deep down yo respect him as a man. the best instance of this, that i know, is when Yeager went to the Dons funeral in tales of Vesperia.
to achieve this respect one must satisfy these tasks.
- Protect others
- Doesnt care at all about what others think about him or what he does. (including having girly intersts)
- follows a self imposed code of honor
- strives for this freedom/goal without impeding his code of honor.
- inspires others
- is a guy
I'm sorry Shadow. I'm usually for equality and stuff but this isn't about equality. The idea of GAR has existed for a long time under many names its an integral part of the Male sex. your basically asking to be a apart of something few woman really understand. this can be paralleled on the males side by the fact few men actually understand women at all including me.

nah, i meant it as a joke (it´s a quote from ed in the series) I think GAR is a man that is so manly that not even the stupidst fans can think of them as gay. They are cool, strong, muscular and very masculine. And somehow i don´t get you definiton ^^" (maybe my english is to bad)

nay i have horrible grammar, but essentially what i'm trying to say is if a man meets all six of the conditions every other man will respect him, even if that other man is currently plotting to kill him/hates his guts. and that feeling of respect is the true definition of gar.
