Invulnerability.

It shows up in damned near every genre. I'm sure you've seen it before. The main character gets beat up into a bloody pulp, has their bones shattered and takes hundreds of pounds of pressure to the head, but a little bed rest and they're as good as new.

Doing something that has to do with Fire. It is getting old already. Plus, it is never really effective.
