Team Gai is a nice one, but if Kakashi can not beat Pein, then Gai also can't, since their strengths are about at the same level.

What I can think of is that the Kyuubi (nine tailed fox) is the only one left who can help Naruto, since the Kyuubi is the strongest of all the tailed beasts. And the Kyuubi got infinite chakra, so the chakra sucking/absorbing Pein would "explode" due to overload by sucking the endless chakra of the Kyuubi.

Or the Village Hidden in the Clouds- ninjas, Kirābī (with the eight tailed beast) and Raikage come to the rescue.

I thought it was kind of stupid of Naruto to fall for the "pull and push" trick of one of the Pein, since that secret is revealed several chapters earlier - maybe Naruto didn't hear it or nobody has told him that(?).

Actually, if you think about it, could there be a more perfect match up for the chakara draining Pain than Rock Lee? I mean he only uses Taijustu. I think Hinata is going to trace the real Pain down in the end, but damnit I want to see her in action already!

When I found out he sucked out chakra, i thought the same thing. Naruto just goes kyuubi and eventually the absorbing pain will explode! 🤣

I think the most likely thing to happen next will be Naruto drawing on the nine-tails power when he's empty of sage chakra, like some others have said. Another likely twist would be Root stepping in. They didn't want Naruto to participate in the battle to begin with, to avoid him being captured, even if most of the village gets wiped out.

but i kinda think that danzo is tobi and wants to use naruto for his own shit

Well obviously they can't kill off naruto (its shounen and look at the friggin name of the series), so thats outa the question. They also cant really remove the nine-tails from him, cause that would destroy all hope of future plot, not to mention that they'd have to really work hard to finish the current plot arc. maybe he will use the key and with the last clone gain control over the Kyuubi.... then again, he doesn't need that much power to finish the last two.

If Hinata comes in, then the tension will decrease slightly, but I hope that happens.
If Danzo comes in, then he kills the chakra-eater guy and is killed by god realm.
If sage chakra is revived by the other clone, then Naruto uses it all fighting the chakra guy and faces god-realm with the kyuubi power.
If the Kyuubi chakra is released, then Naruto goes ballistic and destroys the whole village.
But hey, they're just speculations 😀
