Without giving spoilers? Err... thats tough.
Well its revealed poorly, but handled very maturely.
Unless you big on "pure and loyal" relationships, chances are you'll be able to roll with it.

Women can cheat you any time. That's real life. Netorare is one of the most realistic genres ever created. It's so realistic that makes you sick and enraged, but that's what happen to many. In this case, I'd say you have read so much of Nozaki Ana to form your own opinion. If you liked it so far, keep reading. The fact you know it has NTR is a huge spoiler, so you almost got ruined one of the biggest plot twists of this manga. I'd say: read it, since even though it has NTR, the woman who cheats arguably doesn't get a happy ending so you may find the resolution to your liking.

Its not NTR and dont have to worry about it happening. Read chapter 8. This is really not that type of manga. Anyway why are you asking such a question when 77 chapters have been scanlated so far which is enough to find out for yourself by skimming through them. Another hint is if it was NTR it won't last this long 77 chapters and still ongoing and pretty popular among the readers.

"Tell me what happens without telling me what happens."

Sure! Netorare. That's what happens.
Yep.
With the exception of one or maybe two people, there ain't no saints in Nozoki Ana, just varying thresholds of moral boundaries, with Kido's threshold being often tested, teased, pushed and sometimes outright betrayed.
If you're trying to say you don't want something like the Ai-Kyan OVA, where the main character rushes to the room he literally just saw his virgin, idol girlfriend get raped and creampied by her creepoid directer through surveillance camera footage, only to lose his rage to the downplayed atmosphere, completely pussing out at confronting the directer -AT ALL-, then -BOWING TO THE GUY-, wishing for his continued support in furthering his now -RAPED- girlfriends career, then don't worry. Nozoki Ana's not like that.
Just read it. You'll be fine.

Nope it won't be considered NTR because for it to be considered NTR one has to knowingly and willingly betray the other possibly because of blackmail etc.
Kido's 1st girl friend would of been considered NTR but she tricked Kido and was using him from the start and Kido has no knowledge of her boyfriend till right before he broke up with her but her boyfriend was well aware of it but doesn't care so I don't think from her boyfriend's perspective it would be considered NTR. Kido never really betrayed his second girlfriend yet and she didn't betray him either. Emiru and Kido's relationship is not NTR because they are not really a couple yet, Emiru encourages Kido's sexcapades with the girlfriends he had while she watches, Emiru did not willingly have sex with anyone yet (still virgin), Kido saved Emiru from getting raped which would of shattered her and she did the same for Kido.

Sure. Viewing it as an outside observer and using an overly-anal eroge-elitist definition of the term, no, it's not netorare.
Now try to see it through Kido's eyes.
...
Great! You just saw your girlfriend getting her face stuffed into the corner of a couch, as some dude you've never seen before gorilla fucks her from behind! Awesome!
Nope, no netorare here.
...
Don't get me wrong. It's not as if I don't understand what you're saying, but I think you're being too black and white on your definition. I find this to be a more acceptable one. Maybe this is a little too broad, but it also seems to be written by someone who understands the term and specifically translates NTR stories. Don't like that definition? Try this one. Or this one. Or this one Or this one Or this one. Or even this one. Point is, the term netorare isn't set in stone anymore. It may have been at one point, but like many genres, it has evolved into numerous sub-genres, and while I do agree that netorare is an abused term now-a-days, I also believe this situation easily qualifies.
Like I said, as an outside observer using a strict definition, you could say she was never "stolen" since she was never "his" to begin with. But if you're Kido, who thought of Yuri as "his", it's NTR, and what "stole" her is the situation (or the dude that's grabbing her by the ears and violently fucking her face, take yer pick). No question. Heck, using an observers logic, we could also say Yuri wasn't even cheating on Kido, rather, she was cheating with him. Kido's viewpoint? Quite different, yes?
Even by your own definition:
"for it to be considered NTR one has to knowingly and willingly betray the other possibly because of "
Which in Kido's eyes, Yuri knowingly and willingly did for . Actually, it's a pretty hilarious irony that she entered a relationship with Kido to provoke jealousy from her weekend boyfriend, yet developed feelings for Kido, and ended up provoking him instead while she was in flux about her feelings. How delicious. The other stuff about Kido not betraying Madoka is subjective, to which some people may argue that mutual masturbation with another girl in a closet is betrayal. Just sayin', but I'm preeetty sure if Kido walked up to Madoka and said "Madoka-chan! Madoka-chan! Thanks for the medicine and sorry I couldn't get the door before! I was too busy slicking off Emiru! Here, smell my finger." she might have a few choice words, none of them good.
Going back to the Yuri days, when Kido was fooling around with Tama, he thought it was betrayal despite not actually having sex, and was shocked when Emiru sent an e-mail to Yuri saying "nothing happened" (plus Kido broods about it next chapter). This is what I meant when I said "With the exception of one or maybe two people, there ain't no saints in Nozoki Ana, just varying thresholds of moral boundaries, with Kido's threshold being often tested, teased, pushed and sometimes outright betrayed."
But now I'm rambling.
Anyway, I'm not trying to point out what's 'betrayal' as "badkarma", but if you're saying "there's no betrayal because penis never entered vagina", then you're clearly looking at this through 'your eyes' when you should be looking at it through the 'character's eyes'.
TL;DR Yeah, Nozoki Ana plays at NTR. No, it won't make you chuck your monitor out the window in RAGE.

NTR in this is bearable. In fact it thickens the plot and I already saw it coming from a far by paying attention. Well executed NTR here that helps with the plot and not only there to piss you off.

Absolute truth here. Sickest thing about relationships is they don't work if you don't trust your partner(they may work for a bit but it always falls through), and yet, trusting your partner makes the chances of being cheated on exponentially higher. From a gamblers point of view the odds of love suck and, are rigged x.x
Few favs
Comedy:
Kyou kara ore wa!!, Mx0, Angel Densetsu, Skip Beat, Ai Kora, The Devil King is Bored
Romance:
Hana to Akuma, No bra, Shinigami Trilogy, kindan no koi de ikou, Usagi Drop, Threads of Time, Girl Friends
Most under rated:
Kindan no koi de ikou, kyou kara ore wa!.
m0r l83r... maybe >_>
Wouldn't still say NTR as a genre is all that realistic.
Over writing brain just by sticking a
dick in it doesn't seem likely.
It's a bit different in this manga however, as this is not hentai.
The chicks doesn't lose all humanity. It builds the lead's character too.
A good twist which causes some analysis from the reader and the lead too.

An easy way to tell if an manga or anime is NTR or not is it the character is mentally screwed up and knowingly and willing betry his or her partner. This most of the time only happens after being blackmailed a couple of times. You can easily tell because there is also a sense of depravity on the character doing the betrayal. This is not common in regular manga/anime.
Looking at Nozoki Ana. I haven't seen Kido betray whoever he was dating at the time. He has waivered which is normal for dating couples but he did not got as far as cheating on his girlfriend. He has a sense of guilt and tries not to fall for Emiru's tricks again which completely rules out NTR. In an actual NTR they don't have that sense of guilt anymore. It will be more like they can't help it anymore this is kind of their new life etc.
Neotare definition : the main protagonist's loved one(s) are taken or seduced away from him and the heroine might be willing or unwilling. This is to cause an emotion of deep jealousy on the reader.
It also applies the other way around (female protagonist). Thats rules out Nozoki Ana and several manga mislabled as NTR.
