I sorta skimmed through it. To be honest, i got a little scared for a bit. That was one heated argument 🙁

I kinda read it in the begining since I was curious what the criteria for "masterpiece" others had but it just got repeatitive and pointless. I can say that strawberry jam and rice is a culinary masterpiece and refute any claims to the contrary but that does not mean others will magically share my tastes.

I skimmed the arguments and it quickly lowered itself to the average Naruto arguments. Full of rambling, and trying beat other peoples arguments by attacking the person along with or instead of the argument. (ex. "you don't get it", "hater", "are you 5 years old" and otherwise you are wrong because you are you)

It was well-past its overdue date. But now it is over and all is right again. 🙂

yeah! people voted! wasn't sure if the poll would work out.

i myself sor of skimmed it. Some good and intresting points were made, but an awful lot of "you need to read more than 5 mangas" stuff was being thrown around.

I think the majority of people who browse this website would have read more than five mangas...I believe that little quip came along due to people using examples and than others reading too deeply into it. An example is an example...it just means someone doesn't want to give you a whole entire list of things which relate to whatever the topic is. Doing that is for research papers and stuff like that...
I was surprised by some of the points made though, didn't really think many people read so deeply into Naruto. Sorry...ran into my fair share of narutards as well 🤢

I don't really see a point...we're here because we like manga! I guess you can champion the ones you like the most but I see no point in getting angry at others who don't like your favorites.

y'know, if the whole message was "Naruto is a great series while (some) other are trash", i'd let it slide. but i really couldn't take the whole " i'm a hater who hates haters who hates Naruto" (any of you get that?)
