I second Karin. The main guy isnt really one of those pathetic types you usually see in shounen & it feels shoujo-ish sometimes. Blood + is really good too.

In Masca the main herione is a witch-apprentice and the main male lead is a demon lord/devil. its an amazing series too.

There's Mahou Tsukai ni Taisetsu na Koto. It's a shounen, and I personally hated it, but it isn't ecchi and it has a sweet sort of feel.

The English release of WISH counts, too. The angel is actually genderless, but Tokyopop decided to make it a female.
