Thats a rather wide range ur request can cover but recently released cute anime would be Chi's sweet home provided you like cats and kittens 😀 . Ouran Host club is a legendarily cute anime if you ask me.I second Child's toy aka Kodocha. I find Karin anime cute too..esp since the guy isnt a bishie but just a plain guy, such a rarety!!

I would say Nana but that might not be suitable for 14? I recommend it but only if you're allowed to watch a series that's a bit mature. It's not really cute, it has a lot of drama but it's a great series.

There's also Vampire Knight but then again it doesn't fall in the cute category. It's a wonderful series though!!

I also highly recommend Kodocha (Child's Toy), Ouran Koukou Host Club, Fruits Basket, and Special A.
