Alright, im back and you are correct Stealth. Its the little one-shot from the mangaka of Fullmetal Alchemist (the art style in it should have given it away).

Hints time. #1 is from one of the best mangaka's out there (nobody better arue with me on this one), and #3 is from a funny little 4 volume manga (that page and the one after it, is one of my favorite parts in that manga). Its fun to see see this game come back to life (watch my posting in it will and up killing it again....--_--).
