I would definitely not revenge any family members, or almost anyone for that matter. Once they died, they got nothing to do with me. Obviously, most of them aren't important enough that I'd break my rules and interfere should they get in the line of danger. As for when will I kill... I honestly don't know. I doubt even as self defense will I be able to stop that last second hesitating. I'm generally too cool-headed for my own good. Doubt it will ever been in the spur-of-the-moment case. Probably when there's a need to it. I don't mean need as in revenge or to survive, I mean, it's a necessary path to something. As for what that something is... won't know until you do! I need to justify the means to both killing and to stop being so lazy after all.

Now, I MIGHT revenge myself though... That could become a perfectly valid reason. I don't like to wronged. Whatever the case, it will be when I have the guts, the motivation, and able to not regret that decision. Basically, when the act of killing itself is important.

Self preservation. If one of us has to die, I'd rather be the one to live. (I prefer wounding/crippling to killing though. Death is too final)
or during a zombie apocalypse. Although it's not really murder if you're killing the undead.

I give up. I see not point in living if I can't be beautiful.

For my loved ones... if need be. Killing is too easy for revenge anyways. But if need be.. i would kill for those who mean the world to me.

Or for survival if i find meaning in doing so.

Well in case of self defence i probably would, but definitely my little brother i love him to death. Even though i don't really show it that much 😐

If needed, I would do it for myself and for my loved ones.
-If I'm about to be killed, I'll kill them first.
-If my family is about to be killed, I'll kill them (the one who will kill my family) first.
-I'll also do it for money if I'm dirt poor and my child is in need of treatment to live but couldn't get it because of financial issues and I had no other means of getting the amount needed other than killing someone. (This scenario is limited to my child only.)

That's just about it. I wouldn't kill for a stranger even if that means saving them.

Since I'm perfectly sober now, as it were, I think the least unsettling answer would be something along these lines: I would kill to protect my loved ones. But then again, I would rather just knock the aggressor unconscious and hand him/her to the authorities, if that may be so. However, I'm not always in such high spirits. It's often easier for me to imagine scenarios where I would rather kill myself instead of others, which is a little weird... I guess..
