How nice (about the army) I heard the Israel army has quite good weapony. In there you can choose what to be in the army? In here they put me in the assault squad, and on the suicidal for that matter... I guess they did not liked me so much...[/quote]
huh.. we get to choose where we wanna be, yea, but from a list. 17 year olds get letters calling them to come to tests so to find out what they can do (this is the part i have serious trouble with, cuz i missed my date due to hospitalizasion, and didnt got the other notices 🙁 ).
but ppl other countries usually choose if they want to serve or not. here every 18 year old MUST serve, no other options. you finish school-you go to army, period. and big part of highschool goes to preparations. like a week of mountain climbing in the god damned desert.

That is bitchy... in here we have only to list as reservist but in some states you don't need to serve, I went to military school because I wanted and got payd for such. But stil they choose the teams, like a friend who got in on the same day went to the mortan team and I not. (good thing to me since he lost a finger there 😛 )

I confessed for somebody once,.. I got his number (in front of a bunch of people), but my friend was too chicken to phone him, I had to 🤢 so for the rest of high school, he (and the bunch of other people) thought I liked him =( and kept whispering behind me... urg...

Nah, not really. I was just like "darn it, too bad he was cute!" His friend wasn't so bad either, but he was the romantic shy type that I didn't used to like when I was younger.
