@LazyReviewer
Most EST (UTC-5) states become EDT (UTC-4) for the summer.

Huh, interesting. I'm in Ontario, and every time I've had to figure out my time zone (quite often, believe it or not, both with and without daylight savings) it's been -5. I just figured the UTC was a standard that doesn't change and variations for daylight savings were ignored in the standard... and considering you're using EDT to talk about that shift, may I ask if it's possible that it's still UTC-5 but just called EDT instead of UTC-4 for daylight savings?
Because time zones are measured distances from an arbitrary point, and I don't understand the point nor benefit of being able to label your geographical location a different timezone if neither the distance or arbitrary starting point have changed.
I'm still 5/12ths the distance from the UTC starting point on the negative side, even if the province has daylight savings change twice a year.
I'm a jack of all trades but master of none. Too many jars and not enough hands.

A lot of countries use GMT lol, why even be PC about it? Or do you live in a walled region where international trade doesn't exist, and the only reason you contact others around the globe is when you want to "represent" people in an "inclusive" and "diverse" Netflix show?? Is that what USA is?
