Sorry, I won't xD even though I don't believe in this theory, I want to see this unlocked till we get to know the answer.
And yes, the idea of a bankai giving a name to it's owner is funny...but remember it's a shounen manga.

While i suppose it is possible, since anything in manga world is possible, its not very probable(sp?), i mean, look at how long Zaraki went on without Yachiru, plus, since when would the Bankai give the user a name...
Plus, if that were true, when Yachiru and Zaraki split up in SS to get up to the hill on time, wouldn't the people with Yachiru, felt her enormous spiritual power?...

While it would be fun/interesting, I really don't think he's her bankai. However, in the interest of fairness I have to point out...

...that we've also never heard of anyone having a constant-release shikai just because they have a freakin huge amount of spirit energy. So, just because we've never heard of it doesn't mean it's not true.
And actually, on that note, we only know of two Shinigami with constant-release shikai's...and I'm really more of the opinion that Ichigo's was more because carrying around a handle all the time would just look stupid, than anything else. I also would be really interested in seeing how the mangaka justifies Kenpachi's constant-release, since there's no basis (at least none that I know of) for just saying "oh, yeah, he has a lot of spirit energy, so...he has a constant-release shikai...yeah..".

it's amazing how things from the past always appear again... and for the record, i still believe she is the spirit state of his sword... she might even be his bankai but dr love and others have given valid repudiation

The main difference that I see between Ichigo and Zaraki compared to other shinigami with insane spiritual pressure (i.e. other captain class and above shinigami) is formal training through the academy. Both Ichigo and Zaraki have essentially gained their abilities through brawls and sparring bouts, with Zaraki fighting for survival in the Rukongai and Ichigo getting his uberness from sparring with Urahara, Zangetsu, and the other Vaizards. This could be related to how neither Zaraki and Ichigo have any real control over their spiritual pressures aside from going all out. Evidence of this is Zaraki's dependence on his eye-patch to maintain his spiritual pressure at a reasonable levels (other shinigami seem to suffocate at the presence of his spiritual pressure) and Ichigo just plain sucks at controlling his spiritual energy as seen when Ichigo and company broke into the seireitei (spelling) and Hueco Mundo. Other captains, such as Byakuya and Yamamoto, seem to be able to control their spiritual pressure since by default no one is having difficulty moving in the passive presence, but they can unleash oppressive spiritual pressure (evidence is Byakuya's appearance in front of Ganjuu and Hanamoto as well as Yamamoto's spiritual energy in fronto of Nanao, Kyouraku, and Ukitake.)

I think I'll stop reading bleach if she is. There's no way that could happen. If it was, how the heck does a sword have its own sword? and seriously, Zaraki Kenpachi, the craziest bloodthirsty guy in Soul Society, has a sword that appears to him as a pink-haired, overly happy little girl? I don't think so.
