Well, while reading Otomen I could not help but notice that they seemed to make a big deal of that a guy tha reads Shoujo.

Then I wonder, is it wierd for a guy to read shoujo/Josei?
I mean I have around 80 mangas toghter on my reading/completed lists
and 14 of them is shoju and 2 Josei.
(2+14)/80=0.2 = 20%

And I even consider some of those mangas to be one of the best I have ever read.
So back to the question is it weird?

Well, I think it's more likely a question about people finding out about you reading shoujo. While girls won't make a big deal out of it, guys would probably make fun of that or something.

You read what you read, you like what you like.

I read tons of shounen, and I'm female, and yeah, maybe that is weird, and maybe it is weird for a guy to read lots of shoujo, but I see nothing wrong with it.

So my answer would be; Yes, it's weird, but I don't think it's 'wrong'.
