chapter 32. finally.
i know a lot of people talk about how there was no progress and all the other chapters were pretty much the same and blahblahblah, but i really felt like it was all adding up to something and here it is! 😮
personally i think it was good that they actually took time to like each other and, after that, took time to tell each other. no rush or anything. (:
yayyy. ^_^ i hope there's not too much drama from now on out. then it might become another blahhh manga.

omg i was just about to make a forum exactly like this one XD
and it was uber cute when usui actually looked surprised about her confession ^.^
and ya, hopefully not too much drama as to be a cliche shoujo, but it does need some to be interesting now that the actual "developing feelings" part is coming to an end
most likely its just gonna end up being usui having to help her get used to being a couple while slowly "unsurpressing" himself XD
From the manga: Good Luck, Demon King!
i'm happy that the story's finally moving to the romantic side.
i hope there would be a love triangle between Usui,Misaki and Kanou.that would sound interseting :]
but this manga still has a long way to go :/ we dont even know usui's background...

I sure hope there is no love triangles. They are so overused and cliche that forming one would be totally idiotic, specially with Misaki... It took Usui 32 chapters to get to Misaki and you want some other dude to make such progress in a few chapters just because you cannot live without idiotic cliche? Sorry, but it is better to stay away from the love triangles and anything that would make it typical shoujo. It is doing great so far so don't wish to screw it up with some love triangles, forced drama or reversed harems.

actually,you have a point.now that i read this i dont think i want a love triangle :/
i agree because you said that it took Usui 32 chapters to make misaki like him,but suddenly a dude shows up and becomes usui's love in just a few chapters.so yeah,i see why you dont want love triangles :]

i wouldn't mind a little bit of angst / drama about usui's past. emphasis on 'a little bit' hah.

i was kind of excited and dreading this moment at the same time.
i mean...if it didn't happen then we'd have stubborn misaki shoving usui away forever, which would get old...
but then on the other hand now i'm afraid that once the "chase" is done we'll have the whole parade of shoujo cliches. the obligatory family member in opposition of the relationship, the love rival(s), kidnappings, angsty pasts, etc. OH. and please no awkward first date. it's cute in some shoujos, but i'd rather not it happen here.
the only way i'd accept a love triangle if it was only introduced for the lulz, like junai tokkou taichou did with the little boy (lmao) or mekakushi no kuni with namiki teasing arou all the time. but otherwise no thanks.

Does the the triangle have to involve Misaki and some other guy? Couldn't a girl from Usui past come along? Or is that also no good? I agree with the boy coming along being no good tho.
But on a different note...this chapter was amazing!
Was very happy with chapter 32..and I agree, *** finally *** something to keep me satisfied till the next release! As for their relationship, I do feel some strange cliches will be used...much to my sadness but...no to any love triangles!! For one thing, I was already kinda irritated with her childhood friend who returned (I forget his name)....and Usui getting jealous over random guys again...ugh. But on the other hand, it'd be pretty funny to see Misaki get jealous over Usui 😀

I agree! Most shojo guys would just say, "About time" or something and suddenly out of nowhere, the couple would be on the ground with their clothes off. The surprise part kind of makes it seem more realistic?

I also hope there aren't any love triangles. There was already the thing with Misaki's childhood friend, and it doesn't seem to fit their characters. Both of them have been together for so long that it almost doesn't make sense that they would suddenly be super jealous over a random new person. It would just be irritating to watch all of Usui's hard work getting Misaki to like him go down the drain.

oh but i just remembered something that concerns me a little.
a while back, not sure which chapter or even if this was already settled or not, but they showed usui saying that he had no intention of a real relationship, and it would be too troublesome to be tied to one girl. but even if that was a while ago, i still never remember usui going back and saying it was worth it, or anything of that sort =/
-goes back to reread the series anyways-

Well, I probably would not mind it THAT much, simply because we have plenty of scenes of usui getting jealous and no such scenes on Misaki's part so in a sense it would be fair to make her jealous once or twice, but again if it comes with typical shoujo cliches I'd rather there would be no girl from his past...
Besides it would be very hard to make Misaki jealous, not that she would not be able to, but simply Usui is so focused on her that he completely ignores all other girls around him..
That childhood friend is Hinata I think... A very boring and cliche character that has no personality but that scar on his face, but again - this is not a character trait as such. A dull character who could disappear or never appear from/in the manga and no one would notice.
P.S If you think ch 32 is hot, wait till you see chapter 37.

ahahahaa- I loved your comment. I never really considered the thing you said about shoujo guys, but now that I think about it... maybe it does happen a bit more than usual.
I want to see how the author goes along with her own story. Realistically speaking though, we'll probably be presented with a love triangle or at least a rival sometime or other. Come on now, it's too early for there to be a "happily ever after" with Misaki and Usui as they are now. That really wouldn't be satisfying. But yeah- I guess my thoughts are: if the mangaka's going to insert some random rival, better just go along with it and get it over with fast.
