some groups stop to exist. that's normal.
but some groups that seize existence don't leave anything behind.
now that is weird, i say.
they work hard and then when they stop even lurking is impossible..

@sakuya; let's take for example GuroTaku ; they did a lot of unknown horror stuff, but it is nowhere to be found anymore.
maybe its not a good example. maybe something special happened..youneverknow
@lilchoco; sure i understand when some poeple get older they move on. no problem with that, if they leave the goodies behind.

well.. maybe they just forgot that when they deleted all the pages (so that you people won't be leeching their site..) they might deleted the pages for the projects with downloads? ^^;
Not all scanlators do that though, 9/10 of them leave nothing behind and close the group.

GuroTaku? GOD. The manga that they did was NOT "unknown horror stuff", they did ero-guro (Hence the name) the most horrendous, repulsive, abominable and dreadful genre of manga that has ever existed.

He then cracks the baby's legs open and proceeds to rape it and after that, he put it in a blender" (That scene was so shocking that it gave birth to the internet meme "baby fuck") and according to "guro fans" that wasn't even remotely one of the most shocking manga that this group scanlated! 😲 (I can perfectly understand why they didn't leave any trail...if they really are nowhere to be found, that's it).
Really lakesurface, I didn't know that so many people liked that "stuff"...could you please tell me why do you like that horrendous genre of manga? What can you possibly find in it that make it appealing, attractive or interesting for you? (I've always wondered that).

Death Panda was a more shocking thing they translated (By the same mangaka).
Not for the faint of heart
It has a scene where a zoo keeper is raped by a supernatural panda, and he cums hard enough to make her explode, with her body parts impaling panicked onlookers.
I actually got a laugh or 2 out of it.

By my experience, putting "warning labels" are contrariwise: instead of repel people, they attract them (But I'll put it now that you mention it). I thought that the description was necessary because lakesurface was mislabeling them as "unknown horror stuff" and I wanted to clearify what they really are so you don't have an "unfortunate" surprise if you decide to checkout this group.
As a matter of fact, he shouldn't have started a discussion about a ero-guro scanlation group in this section at all in the first place.

Yeahh That's cause certain people don't bother to check the forums before they make a thread or talk about something 🙄 If they did they would realize that there is already a thread about ero guro which talks about that group and has links and has already shocked enough members so please don't bring it up anymore 🙁 This seriously is gonna haunt me for a couple days . >:-(

Moved to Adult... because well the discussion went on eru-guro... and well you know... rather disturbing.
And I understand that they didn't leave any trail if you're talking about that group... They can get arrested for that kind of stuff in the US. And actually you'd better not be caught with that on your hard drive either.
There is also the possibility that they were really arrested, and that could explain that all traces of their works has disappeared.
Anyway, I'm positive if I look around a bit that I would be able to find it... but I seriously don't want to...
And chuiesha... leave this topic alone, it scares even rabid berserk fans like me...

Stealth she read it before I did. sheesh. I nearly threw up I was reading the thread and was going along fine problem was I should have recognized the Guro part in the group's name but I didn't notice so I relived this nightmare again.
I seriously hope they were arrested and gotten psycological help cause If you actually are into this stuff it's not funny can't even compare to some people's wierd fetishes or loli and shota. And if you have this on your hard drive seek help now you are not sane sorry but Sane as in within the normal consideration of sanity. Maybe in Dimension X you might be normal but seriously A b*** in a blender? WTF 😕 That isn't right it isn't right and that was the less hardcore part of neo's descripton.
