I'm into metal. Not so much of doom though.. But I enjoy System of a Down [art], Cradle of Filth, Nightwish, Dimmu Borgir, CoB, and some underground punk. I usually go to punk shows than metal. It's not often that your favorite metal band would play at your town[state], compared to the punk bands. The Adicts are my personal favorite, I think I saw them 3 times in a year with Flatfoot 56. 😀

Thrash / Death Metal FTW.

omg, sweet! I went to a Children of Bodom show with Amon Amarth a year and a half ago, I saw them at a House of Blues, and guys in metal shows are soooo nice, so they let me go up front as close as I can get to Alexi. I thought i would melt. 😃
PS Exodus "Shroud of Urine" my favorite song, thought I'd share.
good day to you.

Heh, that's nice. I've never been to one of my fav bands in concert...and it's not like they'll ever come here to play. 😔 What I would've liked though, go see Slayer back when Tom was still young. Man that guy could scream back then. My favorite song is "Die By The Sword". Slayer, aaall the way back to Show No Mercy. Keep thrashing! 😁

Saw Both bands with Trivium at the 9:30 Club on Dimebag Darrel's Anniversary of Passing. Loved Amon Amarth, Bodom were delayed but pretty good. Trivium were ok in the end.
I'm a huge fan of Melodic Death Metal/Progressive Death Metal and also a huge fan of Power MEtal. Some bands to list would be;
Scar Symmetry, Arch Enemy, Opeth, Insomnium, At the Gates, Carcass, 3 Inches of Blood, Helloween, Judas Priest, In Flames, Blind Guardian, Into Eternity, Eternal Tears of Sorrow, The Black Dahlia Murder *(Pre-Miasma), Unearth *(Pre-Post Hardcore turnaround), Edguy, Eternal Tears of Sorrow, Megadeth, Lamb of God, Testament, Catamenia, Raintime.
Also I've recently gotten into some J-Rock, so the one band that I've liked so far is Back-On.
I also enjoy Techno/Trance.
Trance; DJ Kristoff, Vast Visions, Kristina Sky, Ultraform, DJ Sonix
Techno; anything my friends make as well as stuff off Newgrounds Audio Portal - Techno Section.

Even though they aren't together anymore, Savage Garden.
Cascada is good, too. (Yes, that's a band, the singer isn't actually named Cascada.)
I go away and suddenly the spammers are the mods. Okay, I can adjust to that, but... Gorath?! And what's up with Mam's not being the top poster?
210 days until I'm legal, Indy!
ZombieKing ihas been challenged! Now it's between him, Blissful_wulf and Mamsmilk. And maybe Dr. Love.

It would be impossible to list everything that I love. I adore music from 30s-today. But here are some (not listed when they formed, just random likes of the time)
30s - Gershwin music, Fred Astaire, Bing Crosby, Disney music (in most animated films of all decades)
40s - Ella Fitzgerald, Frank Sinatra
50s - Doris Day, Nat King Cole, Johnny Cash Roger & Hammerstein music (in most of their films), Musicals (most decades)
30s-50s - there is more just can't think right now...
60s - ELVIS PRESLEY, BEATLES, ARETHA FRANKLIN, BEACH BOYS, Bobby Darin, Ray Charles, Everly Brothers, Drifters, Buddy Holly, Frankie Avalon, Wayne Newton, Frankie Valley & Four Seasons, Smokey Robinson & Four Tops, The Box Tops most R&B of the time
70s - QUEEN, styx, Bob Marley (& Wailers), Miles Davis, Jimi Hendrix, Elton John, Roy Orbison, Three Dog Night, Led Zeppelin, The Who, David Bowie, Janis Joplin, Carol King, Santana, Stevie Wonder, Bread (so much more must stop)
80s - AC/DC, Blondie, Depeche Mode, R.E.M., A Flock of Seagulls, The Cure, The Kinks, Tracy Chapman, The Pretenders, Journey, Devo, ABBA, Pink Floyd, Air Supply, ROLLING STONES
90s - , A LOT of bad pop from this time i won't even list...except I really like the soundtracks Clueless, 10 Things I Hate About You (tear Heath) and many others
Now - LINKIN PARK, NO DOUBT, Jack Off Jill, Evanescence, Nickelback, Puddle of Mud, System of a Down, GREEN DAY, Lily Allen, variety of Indian music
This moment especially
LAST ALLIANCE (obsessed with right now), GACKT, Kagrra, L'ArcenCiel, Chieco Kawabe, Malice Mizer, Rin', The Back Horn, An Cafe, Te', High and Mighty Color, Loveless intro "Tsuki no Curse' sung by Okina Reika, Kyo Kara Mao sndtrk intro by The Stand Up.....
OKAY, thats enough and I don't blame anyone for not giving a hoot about my ridiculously long list 😀
