I don't really like the idea.
If anything, the worst we'll do to Pokemon for no reason is make the germans capture other Pokemon with Dark balls (Like on the 1st movie.)
They may be shot occasionally but that's from provocation.
Also if we haven't mentioned earlier, we are trying to show the dark side of Pokemon.

I don't care anymore go for it but went pokemon corporation will sue you because you did it without there approval.
Don't say nobody told you not to do it.
Anyway there is no hope for you since you idea is in the way for them to make money.
