College used to be free in Germany, too.
And I don't think the Octoberfest is a good place to go if you want to drink much. It's just way to expensive there. Better go to the supermarket.

About the "have you been to Europe": I used to live in the Netherlands and now live in Germany, so yes. And I've been to vacation in Italy (3 times... all of them on a school trip o.O ), France, England, Belgium, Luxembourg, Switzerland and Denmark.

Everytime I go to Manhattan, it's a headache, with the confusing subways and delays and changes and then the slow bus. How much did I spent last time at the Sushi bar? I think it was 200 dollars? Yeah...200 dollars....

It was a Sushi Restaurant at Manhattan, a friend recommended. It was three people and we ordered this and that, some wine[I don't drink alcohol or wine]. And by the end, the waitress comes with a bill of 200 dollars....Then we went to the Museum of Natural History and the Wax Museum, by the end of the day, I think we spent about 1000 dollars.....

She was a scammer... I do not drink either...

It was really neat though, the food was good and they got this whole Japanese nature scenery thing going on in the restaurant.
