Ireland sounds nice. The only other country I've been to is Ecuador. We were in the mountains and the rainforest. One of the best two weeks of my life. I really enjoyed it. 🙂

No, 😔 it was a course through my college. We went to Quito, Cuenca, Banos, and a few other places, besides a small area in the Amazon. The Galapagos is supposed to cost a lot more than what I did bcuz a lot of tourists go there.

ohhh....you better check with the doctor. This woman on National Geographic channel went to the amazon to visit and came back with a parasite on her skin. I was underneath her skin, eating her flesh slowly....

If you go when it is summer there, the bugs aren't bad. It's during the winter, the rainy season, that there are supposed to be a lot of misquitos and other such bugs. Although, in the Amazon, there are huge cockroaches and centipedes. :shudder:

I remember one that is a parasite fish that detects flow in water and one guy went to pee in the water... a surgery. It's got fangs and it went atleast 1 foot deep. O_O
