Gonzo is opting to use various websites (including Youtube and Crunchyroll, if memory serves) to stream translated versions of the episodes of Blassreiter and Tower and Druaga on the same day that they air in Japan. I don't really know what the quality of the subtitles will be (and I'm not exactly impressed with either anime from the description), but it's worth following them just to see if this really is an applicable solution.

There's something about a pay service with high quality downloads as well (as opposed to the low quality streaming).

interesting i knew that gonzo had teamed with crunchy and i wondered what they were planning but this is quite devious. well im glad that i can watch tower of duraga the day its out rather then wait.

I know Special A and Vampire Knight have animes coming out. I might watch an episode or two of Special A, but probably not Vampire Knight. I prefer just reading the manga. =\

Did you watch ef:a tale of memories? That one really had a good story line and animation. I am looking forward to this spring season though, there a lot of promising shows coming out. So far I'm planning on watching these:

there are a couple others I'm planning on looking at to see what they are like and will pick up if they are good. I must say, though I'm gonna miss Gundam 00 while it's on hiatus.
