I've searched widely and even filtered my searches but can't seem to find the above mentioned criteria. I'm so in need of reading manga where the uke is the one bullying the seme in a link sort of way or just is supurrr pervy. Well the seme doesn't necessarily have to have a trait. If asked, I'd prefer an indifferent or tsundere or kuudere or straight or cold or maybe....shy.

Mobius Strip - bully uke. I like this manga because it's not like any others.
Sore o Koigokoro to Yobu no Nara - not really bully or kinky, but this is one of my favourite. It's so funny!
Kuchizuke wa Uso no Aji - yeah, I think it's okay. Uke is very manipulative.
