They ARE similar. Like you said, they're not exactly alike, but they're similar they have the same vibe to them. I have to agree with the "prince-like" personality. Of all things, I think it's also the way they stand and sit. All my friends agree on it too, that's about 5 of us. How can they not see it

i hadn't notice, but yuki and kaname are similar and so is the love triangle in both manga. I'm really hoping that yuuki ends up with kaname.

uh, i don't see it. Kaname oozes sex appeal.. Yuki is.. sweeter?

as for 'prince like'..

Kaname's the real deal- 'prince yuki' is what the fangirls made him out to be..

Yuki, many times over and over, fights Kyo.

Kaname knows that he's better than everyone else and doesn't even bother. (er rather, doesn't have to.)

Yuki Sohma and Kaname Kuran are alike is some whys. Obviously, by everyone around them treating them" princely". Also they never allow themselves to get-to close to people. In that sense I can see the similarities.

yuki and kaname are similar only when it comes to friends . everybody regards yuki as the prince type though they do not know anything abtout him or his personality kaname might also think that the rest surround him ONLY because he is a pureblood but otherwise they are DIFFERENT
