I wouldn't do cosplay if my live depended on it.....(ok maybe then I would but otherwise...NEVER)

i did as ichigo for halloween 3 years ago, as sasori 2 years ago and as deidara last year. at various conventions, i have gone as L, dr. stein, nnoitra, lelouch, death the kid, gutts, roy mustang, sanji, and as nagi springfield. (i have gone as kallen kozuki too but im very ashamed)
i still wear my akatsuki cloak on a regular basis

I haven't gone to a convention yet, but I where my Leaf Village headband every day to school!!! Yes, they ask questions. No, they don't understand. XD But at my upcoming 8th grade graduation, my mom's letting me go as Kisuke Urahara!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! XD I'm so excited!!!

I don't cosplay but my sister once tried to make me cosplay to a anime convention with her, she probably will at another one this year... 🙁

I've never cosplayed and don't plan to. Too much time and effort needed also. I'm the most self-conscious person in my group of buds.

just twice. I made an alphonse elric Armor (HEAD) using hard papers and Aluminium foil.

I also TRIED to make an Earth Alliance (Stella Loussier) uniform out of my old pink collared pajamas 🤢 ..and ofcourse, I DIDNT DARE TO WEAR it in public. (It comes with a miniskirt forgodsakes!)

I only wear it infront of my brothers and the mirror XD They told me my sewing skills are HORRIBLE!

I don't know how to sew or measure stuff properly beyond really simple things, definitely not enough to make a costume. And I don't have the money or interest in ordering something already made..

Some people just have the quality necessary to cosplay, and some don't. This quality is called asianness, and yeah I have none XD (although don't get me wrong, not all asians can do it either)

Overall I see cosplay as kind of silly.
I know there are some people who take it seriously though, and enjoy doing it, and that's fine.
But it's not for me XD
