With the release of Watchmen, I thought it'd be interesting to see what people thought of other graphic novels turned into movies. I think my favorite graphic novel adaptation so far is Watchmen. Zach Snyder is freakin' awesome!!!

V for Vendetta and Wanted were pretty good. So was Sin city.

But Watchmen was by far the best. It got my vote.

Out of the ones listed, I've only seen V for Vendetta and Watchmen. Of the two, Watchmen was the best.

I don't really read graphic novels that much. why? because i got some manga to read 😀

I liked the graphic novel of watchmen but most of my classmates said it was terrible and stuff like that...And I can't argue otherwise as I decided not to see it due to their terrible "reviews" <----biased opinions but still

Most people just say it's "terrible" because they're too immature to handle a penis being shown on screen. Trust, me, you'll like it if you like the comic

I liked V for Vendetta.
I've yet to watch Watchmen. The day I went to the movies, it was the premiere. I didn't want to sit on the floor. : (

It was hard to vote for it over V for Vendetta and Sin City, two of my absolute favorite movies, but yeah, after coming off seeing it in an IMAX theatre this Saturday, I have to say Watchem left me damn impressed. So I voted for it.

Incredible movie, even with the blue penis.

And I haven't read any of the graphic novels, so my vote is based entirely on the movie.

I'm kinda surprised no one voted for "A History of Violence". That was a really good film.

But Watchmen was the most faithful comic book adaptation ever. It just goes to show that you can follow the source material faithfully and still make a good movie.

Now if Hollywood would just fucking realize that by now...

Best graphic novel movie = Road to Perdition based on Road to perdition which is loosely based on lone wolf and cub. that movie was money.
