im not sure if it even is of the survival genre anymore, but the main thing I remember from this is one of the characters: a (robot?) nurse with short black hair and a huge needle as a weapon. if I recall correctly, she was also very strong.

I don't remember much else. main character was a man, they had to fight something. pretty sure it was a game.
