Just an opinion, but no:
If your goal is the pornographic content from the start, then there really isn't anything anyone can do it give it deep meaning or make it "well written", however, you can write a good story, with deep relationships, and the sexual and pornographic content can be added or flow in naturally to give what could appear from quotes or context as basic porn... still, just my opinion.
