6:30 during the week, and between 11:00 and 12:00 on the weekend. I hate getting up more than anything. Well, besides going to bed. I love the actual sleeping.

I wake up between 10 and 11 a.m. since I'm currently on break. I have no where to go the next day so I usually stay up late. Once break is over I'll probably start waking up at 7 again.

On breaks; they usually range from 11 AM to 12 PM.
On days with morning classes; 5 AM to 6:30 AM.
On days with regular classes; 7:30 AM

I usually wake up at 6:00AM during school days, and on weekends I sleep until 10:00AM.
I actually destroyed one of my alarm clock since every time I hit the "Off button" it always fall on the floor. >__>

I usually want to wake up at around 11:30 or so, but my parents insist on waking me at 9:00 so I don't get a ton of sleep. At school it really depends on if I feel like skipping my lectures or not.

Usually I wake up anywhere from 4 to 5 in the morning. During winter break though, my wake up time is 2:30 in the evening. yeah... huge difference.

I would safely say somewhere between 9:00 am and 12:00 pm, it just depends on what time i went to bed and if i took any medicine before I went to sleep.
When I had mid morning classes, I'd have to be up by like 7, but now that my schedule is going to change, my wake up time is changing to 9 . No morning classes for me =P

For weekends around 10-11. I often just wake up and then fall back asleep, not because I'm tired but because I just don't want to get out of bed and move. Now that it's Winter Break though, I often wake up later because I sleep much later (like around 2-4 AM.

I'm a bit religious when it comes to getting my sleep. I always go to sleep at around 10.30pm, save for those times I'm out celebrating or have a function to go to.
If I'm not at work or uni, I wake up around 7am. If I have work I have to wake up at 5.30am.
I still wake up before 7:00 am (usually around 6:30) when I don't need to wake up for classes --- it's habitual. Once in a while, if I had been out the previous night, I'll wake at 9-11 am (depending on when I go to sleep) but I can't sleep past 11:00 am unless I'm dead sick.
I get more work done in the moring, there are less distractions... so I don't mind the habit.
When I have class I'll wake at 6:15 (my alarm goes off, but I don't really need it... I usually spend a half-hour before I make my way to school reading the newspaper or news on the internet and another 15 minutes looking at forums (I mostly lurk but periodically post, like here).

Given a choice, I'd wake up at around 1:00PM or 2:00PM. Sometimes in the winter I'd rather just sleep entire days away. Makes me wonder if I have a hibernation instinct. 🤢
