That just doesn't make any sense to me. I spend a lot of my time with Mormons (well basicly because I am one). If you had said that to any Mormon, they'd probaly laugh at you and say that that kid was NOT Mormon. We have the whole "I don't do it until marriage" rule thing.

lol, i know. that's his rule too. but his friends were hilarious. they packed that in his suitcase before he left. XD his mom had a fit when she found them while unpacking for him in the dorms

otaku just remember you have to set ground rules for your roommates and when they disobey these rules lock them in the bathroom or something till they start obeying your rules.

Do that and you should have no problems with your roommates.

😲 wow.. We got books 🤣 and a so-called "collection" of CDs (probably only for class).

I've lived in dorms for 4 years, and have never kept a roommate for a whole semester. With the exception of people, it's not been my fault... and even with them, they brought the situation on themeselves.

1&2: 1 moved upstairs to live with a cousin. I moved in with 2, and then she moved out 3 weeks later to live with her boyfriend.

3: She moved in because of roommate problems, and we had been friends before that. As soon as she moved in, she dropped half of her classes and decided to sleep all the time. When I would come back from class and want to watch TV, she'd claim that she suddenly needed to study. I finally snapped and told her to get a life and stop being a bitchy brat. She decidedto move back home to Arizona after that and go to school there.

4. She moved in, and moved out 3 weeks later to live on the 1st floor.

5. She moved in at the beginning of the semester, and since I work 3rd shift, I wasn't in half of the nights of the week. She waits until 2 months have passed and starts claiming that my music keeps her up at night and she can't wake up for class. I told her from the beginning that I play music 24/7, and that if she had a problem with it, she needed to buy earmuffs or move. She moved.

6. My current roommate is okay, except people constantly call her. It's irritating to be sleep and constantly have girls and guys calling: "Where's xxx at?" "Is xxx there?" I cut my ringer off, but hers is still on and the phone rings 4x before going to voicemail. Also, she has BO, and dandruff really bad. I know she showers and wears deodorant, but the BO is still present (especially when she's sleep), and I know she washes her hair, but... 😔

Sorry for the long post, but I've had a lot of roommates. I plan on making this my last year though. I think I've had enough experience for 5 people.

My roommate is normal....so that must mean I'm the weird one?

Ive had three roomates the first one smoked (not the legal stuff), hardly saw her. The second had horrible bathroom habits, hair in sink, not flushing toilet,etc. The third was okay but coming home after a few days the last thing i want to see is two people making love on my bed, i still don't know why she couldn't use hers.
Finally got a place with my best friend we understand each other 😀

OOK I lived for 3 months with my 2 best friends and all i can say is...it was hilarious!!
The main problem was that all 3 of us are lazy ass bastards so the flat turned into a friggin pig sty after 2 weeks>> Spilled Vodka and beer on the living room floor, food INSIDE the couch, dirty bathroom, and moldish "Stuff" in the kitchen as well as the smoke, which turned all the walls yellow ( 3 ppl ea 1 pack cigs a day)
Now to 2 specific stories:
1: Friend A had the weird habit to run up to us after he had a shit screaming "OMIGOD look at my shit that´s at least 5 kg!! AWESOME"
2: friend B at some point decided that he wanted to see me and my GF having sex. So one day when we started to get busy that Idiot broke down the door (I only heard a bang and the door slapped against the wall) rushed next to the bed and took photos!!
My GF screamed, flipped and hid herself while I oddly had to laugh oO.

After she left I asked him to give me the negatives........though I gave him a copy of 1 pic><
Maybe it sounds weird but I´m neither mad at him nor were I troubled by that situation.

PS: No he´s not a looser who can´t score. But his GF studied in northern germany at that time (we´re in south)

My ex roommate and who is also my best friend is a 6 ft tall and skinny guy. He's korean and we study culinary arts together. I never really talked about him behind his back but he has this strange habit of touching a guy's penis and he's not even gay. Not for long like just a quick touch and he will laugh really hard. He says it's fun to see what the reaction will be. He call it the "hand magnet" or whatever that is. Usually he does that when he's chatting with a close friend and of course me. I sometimes feel like smashing his kneecaps but a friend is a friend. Aside from that he's a really nice guy.

Haha, that reminds me of a friend I have... she's not my roommate, just an ordinary friend. And she's always grabbing my butt. It's so irritating, but I think touching the front is a bit worse... some people do have such strange habits!

Me too! My friend is always grabbing my butt and kissing me on the cheek and stuff! 😲 I suppose I'm used to it now, but at first I really didn't like it.
