Weird college roommates

Haha, that reminds me of a friend I have... she's not my roommate, just an ordinary friend. And she's always grabbing my butt. It's so irritating, but I think touching the front is a bit worse... some people do have such strange habits!
Me too! My friend is always grabbing my butt and kissing me on the cheek and stuff! 😲 I suppose I'm used to it now, but at first I really didn't like it.
Oh yes... it is not very nice.

I think I'd be traumatized if ppl started grabbing my butt or boobs. I'd probably go around like 😲 all day.

🤣 My friends and I do that.
Is that weird? We kiss the cheeks all the time like saying hello and good bye. It's prolly a cultural thing.
I'm guilty of boob grabbing too... like "whoa, you grew bigger!" and I remember one of my bestfriends grabbed it and said "oh, a virgin!"

😲 😲 Must be (at least partly) a cultural thing, I've never had that happen to me or seen it happen to someone else either. I'm fine with holding hands, hugs, arms around shoulders, stuff like that, but...boob grabbing?? That would kind of freak me out. 🤣

I want to see it, but I don't think that
I would see it if no one is drunk. ;_;

I mean the just kissing on the cheeks (I forgot the term, but there is, for when you meet someone or saying bye to them), as the cultural thing... I think they do that in most countries with Spanish influence.

I thought that was something done in countries with a French influence?

Ah, ok. I thought you meant the boob grabbing too. 🤣 Actually I think part of the reason there isn't so much physical contact between friends in the US is homophobia. 😔
Aaaand to get back on topic, my oddest roommate was a guy who moved in after the girl I had been living with moved into a sorority. He'd cook a whole chicken and a couple onions (with some water, but I never saw him add anything else) in a big pot, and that was his dinner for the week. He also ate mayonaise sandwiches - two slices of bread with a thick layer of mayo in between, and nothing else on it. 🤢 And after living with him for a few months, I found out he'd been in a mental hospital for a while, though I never did know what for, and he seemed pretty stable to me. When he moved out (he graduated & went to teach English in China) he left the pot in the fridge, half full of chicken & onions.

I remembered in my friend's school, it was common for girls to poke each other's nipples and go, "ding dong!" LOL (thank god it's not my school..)

A kiss in French is baiser... but that means any type of kiss. I guess applied in English it has a specific meaning.
Edit: Pronounced Beh-zay. (I'm not good a writing down word pronunciation, not sure how to put it.) the "ey" sound is more subdued.

Eeew, just mayo? 🤣 omg, he also has mental problems? Good thing he didn't do anything crazy (other than his weird eating habits) while he was with you.

Oh, yea... that one! But it's a bit longer, I think it has a la. (I don't speak French, I have no idea, I just remember some words).

It did kind of smell a bit, but not too bad. And no, we didn't eat each other's food at all; we were pretty much strangers sharing space for 5-6 months & hardly saw each other. Sometimes when I baked stuff I'd share it with him, and we did talk a little bit, but...I just realized I can't even remember his name! 😔
@amaranthine, yeah, if I'd known he spent time in a mental hospital I probably wouldn't have agreed to let him move in. I was kind of desperate to find a new roomie after my old one moved out, and he needed a place to live. He really was a nice guy, a bit odd but always polite & gentle & friendly, I never got a scary feeling from him. There are, after all, a lot of reasons for someone to be in a mental hospital that don't involve them being a danger to others. 😃
